Classy - @MrHarryCole retweets a link to my Tumblr screen grab of Times subscribers quitting over NOTW scandal, but takes the effort to link directly to the image on Amazon, rather than direct people to my Tumblr.

Some people don't think newspapers should be able to hold two positions on an issue, but I enjoy that digital publishing allows for much more comment and opinion from a broader range of voices. This is an excellent piece in the Telegraph that highlights a concern I share, that the ineffective nature of the PCC means we are sleepwalking towards the creation of OFFPRESS...

...whilst this piece suggesting the BBC has over-reported the phone hacking due to anti-News International bias has been ripped to shreds in the comments. I think individual news sites having plurality of opinion is a good thing though - long may it be possible to host contradictory blogs from different staff or contributors on the same issue.
