"I’m especially vexed about this, because generally Tesco get things beautifully right. But, this product has left me with a really bad taste in the mouth. It’ll be interesting to see whether Tesco bother to respond to this blog post (they are monitoring the web, right?) and to read their responses to my three separate complaints through their unpleasant website. I’d have sent one, but it’s difficult to do that in 255 characters."
