"The Daily Mail and the London Evening Standard have paid ‘substantial’ damages and apologised to Metropolitan police commander Ali Dizaei after falsely claiming he was a bigamist...The Black Police Association, of which Dizaei was president until last month, issued a statement yesterday, reported by the Guardian this morning, saying the false accusation had caused Commander Dizaei and his family ‘considerable distress and embarrassment.’

Several interesting points here. 1. I see there is a 'red button' option to take part. 2. Whatever reason they've given, I assume the exclusion of BBC Three when channels one, two and four are getting the once-over is to avoid the entire exercise being about people complaining that BBC Three is rubbish and 3. It is a shame the certificate on the consultation page is configured in such a way that my Mac/Firefox combo marks it as "Untrusted"
