Why, surely the deductive investigative journalism powers of The Telegraph can uncover the mysterious identity of this 'panellist' as being Telegraph columnist Charles Moore, who just 7 days ago was writing "Dear BBC: No, you can’t have my £142.50. Will I see you in court?"...oh...I see what they've done there...

Leaving aside the actual story, well done to the Reading Chronicle for shoving a '-gate' on the end of the word Twitter to short-hand it as a scandal, and describing David Betts Twitter message as his 'blog'.
