"The Entertainment and Leisure Software Publishers Association (ELSPA) said that consumers spent £4.03bn on video game hardware and software. Total video game sales were in excess of £1.9bn, 23% more than the previous year". Not bad for something that most of the media still considers to be a niche fad activity carried out by 8 year olds.

"In response to a Mashable post about how Twitter will change blog design in 2009, yesterday I created Tweetbacks. They work kind of like trackbacks, but instead of listing blogs linking to a specific post, it lists Tweets about a specific post". Great idea. Guaranteed to be spam-free for like, I don't know, at least ten minutes

Oh, so *that's* the job description for a 'proper' BBC producer...
I note the artvinyl site is in the business of selling frames for record sleeves ( a neat idea). But when one of their chosen records is Depeche Mode's "A Broken Frame", what does that tell me about their durability?
