The real spin here, of course, has come from Shadow Health Minister Mark Simmonds, who seems to have got all of the newspapers to swallow 'comms' equals 'spin doctors', when in fact NICE spend the vast majority of their 'comms' money on informing the rest of the NHS about drugs.
