I was lucky enough to see a panel discussion about the 50th anniversary of BBC television news in 2004 featuring Charles Wheeler, who was a great source of anecdotes, and had some very formidable opinions about the news business.

Getting into bed with the BPI and sending threatening snail-mail? I think that is Virgin Media firmly booted off my list of potential broadband suppliers for if/when I return to the UK.
