The 2008 Euro IA programme has been announced, with a couple of presentations from the BBC, James Kalbach, Peter Van Dijck, John Ferrara's excellent work on games UIs, and me talking about search.

So, I'll be in the UK, but it comes down to Euro2008 semi-final, or go to obviously bloggable BBC debate thing, Euro2008 semi-final, or obviously bloggable BBC debate thing, Eruo2008 semi-final.....hmmm, this is gonna be a close call.

BBC blog feeds go full fat, and immediately the comments start with "But why are the news feeds not full text'. Just as I was saying the other day, people want *more* atomised BBC content, not less.
Well, the wife has pointed out that it is a bit churlish to miss events like the BBC debate when I have so few opportunities to be in the UK and attend them, so I may well sit at the back and just skip out to watch the second-half at a nearby public house. I've booked my ticket, in any case...
