From his role in 'Carry On Sergeant', not as Dr. Who. You know, I'm not sure I've ever seen Hartnell in *anything* other than Who. For a start, Carry On Sergeant must be about the only Carry On film I've never seen.

It isn't April 1st is it? Ruud suggests that to build links, you should put pithy bits of articles into non-machine readable images, so that people *have* to link, rather than copy and paste. The fact that it is inaccesibile doesn't seem to crop up....

This is one of those debates that I find very odd from outside of the UK. The criticism that the BBC has been giving negative coverage of immigrants is *so* far off-kilter from the usual complaints of pro-multi cultural bias levelled at the BBC.

"One idea might be to rejig ad airtime rules & have a new weekly maximum, so ITV could load weekend evening viewing hours at the expense of quieter weeknights". They could try the Greek way, where the last 30 mins of a movie usually take an hour to watch!

"If European governing body Uefa gets its way, this summer's Euro 2008 championship will be the last that British fans get to watch entirely on free-to-air TV". It can't be much fun having competition for rights crippled in your most lucrative markets.

"It's depressing for the 2004 organisers to see some of the arenas now covered in weeds and locked away behind high fences". Warner draws lessons for London, but I think this says more about Greek local politics than it being an 'Olympic' issue.
